Letter 002 reaches the list before it goes anywhere else. Frequencies previews reach the list a week before Tidal. One message per month, nothing else.
PRIVACY
Last updated September 2026. Written by a person, for people.
What we collect. Your email address, when you give it to us. Nothing else. No cookies beyond what the page needs to work. No analytics trackers, no pixels.
Where it goes. The list lives in our own store, which runs on Shopify. When you join, your email is stored there as a customer record under Shopify's privacy policy. We don't keep a second copy. Letters are published on Substack; joining here does not subscribe you there.
What we do with it. Tell you about drops before anyone else, send you Letters — about one a month — and early Frequencies previews. Nothing else. We never sell, rent, or share the list.
Leaving. Every message has an unsubscribe link. It works instantly. Or write to hello@nothings.co and we'll remove you by hand.
Your rights. Wherever you are — EU, UK, California, elsewhere — you can ask what we hold, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Same address. We answer within 30 days.
Changes. If this page changes in a way that matters, the next Letter says so.

This site. nothings.co is run by No Things. It exists to publish Letters, point to Frequencies, and hold a list. Using it means you accept these terms.
The list. Joining puts your email on our store's customer list and nothing else. It has no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Leave any time.
Content. The words, the wordmark, the sound and the images here belong to No Things or the people who made them for us. Share links freely; don't reproduce the work without asking.
Third parties. Letters live on Substack, Frequencies on Tidal. Their terms apply there. We don't control them.
No warranty. The site is provided as-is. We'll keep it up; we can't guarantee it.
When there's something to buy. These terms will grow — shipping, returns, the lot. The Letter that announces the first drop will link the new version.
